Tri-State Roundnet is a Spikeball Ambassador Organization founded in 2017 that seeks to grow, promote, and offer competition for the sport of roundnet in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Comprised of an Executive Board of its five founding members, Tri-State Roundnet has been represented in tournaments throughout the northeastern United States and has hosted numerous tournaments of its own. With its offering of roundnet tournaments for players and teams of varied skill levels, Tri-State Roundnet offers the opportunity to play roundnet throughout the Philadelphia Area!

ADVANCED DIVISION: The day started out with some intense pool play. AppleJacks secured the #1 Seed after a 7-0 performance in Pool B while Pool A featured 7-0 Generation Z, who was the second seed and 6-1 third seed Beeg Problem, whose only loss in pool play was to Generation Z. Team No Name had a strong Pool B performance and took the #4 seed while Wave Check finished third in Pool B to take the fifth seed. Tasteful Side Boob fell to only Generation Z and Beeg Problem to secure the sixth seed while Average Joes took fourth place in Pool B and locked up the #7 seed and Honey Scooters #1 took the eighth seed after a good showing in Pool A. The double elimination playoff format made the tournament exhilarating as teams had multiple chances to make it to the championship series. Average Joes took Generation Z to 3 games and the third game of the series went past 21 to a score of 27-25. First seed AppleJacks was upset by Team No Name and was then taken down by Tasteful Side Boob in the Losers’ Bracket. Generation Z would go on to win the Winners’ Bracket by beating Beeg Problem two games to none and Tasteful Side Boob attempted to make a run to the Championship series against Team No Name but came up just short. Team No Name won third place after falling in the final game of Losers’ Bracket. Beeg Problem therefore advanced to the championship series against Generation Z. Beeg Problem needed to win two best-of-three-game series while Generation Z need to only win one best-of-three-game series. Beeg Problem cruised though the first series by winning two games back to back and won the first game of the second series. Seemingly on the ropes, Generation Z battled back and one the second and third games to win the Advanced Division of South Jersey Roundnet Classic: Presented by M.H.M. Landscaping!!
INTERMEDIATE DIVISION: The Intermediate Division was full of long rallies and lots of competition. SJ Spikeball A/M clinched the first seed while The Big Short locked up the second seed. Roundhounds finished third in Pool Play while The Washington Football Club joined the other three teams in securing a bye as the top four teams were guaranteed a bye in the first round of playoffs. Sixth seed NJ Nutmegs were upset by #11 Seed team stink but fifth seed Gangbusters swiftly secured the victory over Comeback Kids. The third place game featured The Washington Spikeball Club and Roundhounds. After losing the first game of the series, The Washington Spikeball Club battled back and took down Roundhounds in the second and third games, resulting in an upset and then bringing home the bronze. The Big Short upset SJ Spikeball A/M to win first place in the Intermediate Division of the South Jersey Roundnet Classic: Presented by M.H.M. Landscaping!!
