TERMS AND CONDITIONS

An initial down payment of 50% per person will be charged to guarantee reservation of room and seats.

All down payments are non-refundable and full payment will be required 30 days before the departure dates.Failure to pay remaining balances on due dates means cancellation of reservations. 

No refund for unused airfare tickets, rooms, meals, tours & transfer services.

Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking.For passengers who cannot pass the immigration process, the FULL TOUR PACKAGE cost is non-refundable.

Package is not applicable for Senior Citizen/Student discounts.

All passengers must get a Negative RT-PCR Test results 48 hours (own pax account) if needed.

Cancellation made due on force majeure and Gov't imposed restrictions is for rebooking only, subject to hotel and flight availability and po l Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.

In the event of sudden notice of flight time change by airlines, the passengers are to follow the new set of schedules. Full cancellation charge for any cancellation 30 days before the travel date. 

Surcharge may apply for non-Filipino passport holders or Foreigners .A booking confirmation will be issued upon down payment as proof of reservation E-tickets and hotel service vouchers to be issued ___ days/weeks before the departure.

Any payment made means accepting, approving and confirming the booking.

Our company reserved all rights for any changes without prior notice. Please be informed you that whole period guarantee is needed & full charges for any cancellation, amendment, no show or early check-out after GTD bookings.

Limitation to waiting time : 1 hrs 15 mins after flight landed.
