How I stumbled onto the Self Improvement Path

About a 10 years ago I into this process to self-improvement. The main reason that brought me to the forefront was going through a phase of life which some prefer to call "divorce". Although divorce was the major motivator I needed to move past my shortcomings and grow in every way that I could The beginnings of my journey wouldn't be feasible without the direction. The direction I required during that very tense and messy moment in my life resulted from reading a self-improvement similar book called "The Way of The Peaceful Warrior". Maintaining Your Energy and Dedication

Each and every now and then I feel like I am slipping in my quest to improve myself. Sometimes it starts to feel like a lot of work to keep advancing myself. Sometimes I'd like to lie back and watch things unfold my way in the way I want it. However, the great thing about life and this process of self-improvement can be that "Life tends to not give us exactly what we want but instead it always gives us what we need".

It's the reason I've discovered it is so important to make sure I keep my enthusiasm and determination level high to continue to improve myself at any time there's a chance. One method I've discovered that is extremely effective is to continue reading self-improvement books and self-improvement articles. While I enjoy pretty much any self-improvement articles as well as self improvement books I prefer those that motivate me to action and increase my enthusiasm most often are those that tell an account, personal struggle or journey in some way.

I've found that the types of self-improvement and self-improvement books aid the most since the author writes from their own personal space and thus most people are able to relate to what the article is about. I have never met or ever heard of anyone who has made huge strides or accomplished incredible things in their lives without having experienced a huge struggle or challenge during their lifetime. Then I ask what would we be doing without people who tell their stories through self-improvement publications and self improvement articles? At a minimum self improvement books and self improvement books provide us the feeling that we're not the only ones in our struggle. They usually boost our level of energy and of confidence and faith that we are able to do it, succeed or conquer it. In the end self improvement guides and self improvement books offer us a clear path and a sense of direction as well as clear steps of how to move forward to the way that is most satisfying for our needs the most.

To me, it are no doubts that reading self-improvement articles and self-improvement books will aid us in the direction we want to go in getting things done in life, but more importantly, helping us to become the better self we're inside. By becoming the higher self we're and always spiralling upwards in our lives, we can help and be more beneficial toward those experiencing the same struggles that we were in. Self-improvement and self-help books can give us a different perspectives on life and its experiences.

So, it's my opinion that studying self improvement books as well as books, and maybe creating your own is a great help not just for yourself, but also to other people. Thus, I encourage you to keep writing and reading.
