TrendPulse provides informational trend and metadata views for market, weather, currency, music, video, and podcast discovery. TrendPulse does not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.
1. App Disclosures & Metadata Policy
1. TrendPulse displays metadata-level trend indicators and discovery summaries only. It does not host copyrighted media streams or downloadable media files inside the app.
2. Music, video, and podcast records shown in TrendPulse are metadata references for discovery. No auto-play, background streaming, or silent playback is performed in-app.
3. All trademarks, logos, platform names, and content rights belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and attribution purposes.
4. Discovery and ranking modes are generated from publicly accessible search and metadata filtering patterns, then normalized into comparative trend views for user interpretation.

TrendPulse retrieves public metadata and chart data from third-party services. Source availability, retention policies, and response formats are controlled by each provider.

By using TrendPulse, you acknowledge that displayed values can be delayed, estimated, or sourced from third-party feeds. You are solely responsible for decisions made from displayed trends or metrics. Features, sources, and availability may change over time.

1. TrendPulse does not require account registration, profile creation, or sign-in credentials for standard app use.
2. TrendPulse does not collect direct personal profile fields such as full name, home address, government identifiers, or payment card information.
3. Network requests to third-party data providers naturally include technical metadata (for example IP address, user-agent/header fields, and connection/session routing metadata) required for internet communication.
4. TrendPulse uses provider responses to render trend lists, rankings, and chart summaries and does not sell user data.
5. Query selections (for example symbols, countries, categories, and time windows) are used to generate on-demand metadata lookups and may be cached briefly for performance.
6. Minimal local app state (for example consent flags and UI preferences) may be stored on-device to preserve user experience across launches.
7. External providers maintain their own logging, retention, and compliance controls; their policies govern data handled on their infrastructure.
8. Continued use of TrendPulse indicates acknowledgment of this legal and attribution notice and third-party provider terms.
5. Statutory Notice & Choices
- Local App Storage Management: Users may clear app data and cache in device settings at any time, which may reset preferences and consent state.
- Children’s Privacy: TrendPulse is not directed to children under 13 and does not intentionally solicit personal information from children.
- Policy Updates: This notice may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or provider changes. The latest effective date will be published with the notice.
