• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App

• Upload or submit content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others

2. Video & Content Submission

When you record video(s) using the App:

• Videos are processed only to provide your outfit rating and suggestions

• Videos are not stored or shared unless you choose to save them on your device

• By using the App, you grant us temporary permission to process video solely for analysis

You retain full ownership of your video(s).
We do not claim intellectual rights to your content.

3. No Guarantees — Fashion Advice Disclaimer

Style Check provides opinion-based, automated suggestions using AI.
These results:

• May be subjective or inaccurate

• Should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, or lifestyle advice

You agree you are solely responsible for decisions you make based on App output.

4. Service Availability & Changes

We may:

• Modify or update the App

• Add or remove features

• Suspend or discontinue the App (temporarily or permanently)

We are not responsible for:

• Device issues

• Data loss

• Connectivity or network failures

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kello Solutions is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App

• Loss of data, profits, reputation, or personal dissatisfaction with recommendations

All names, logos, UI elements, code, design, and features of Style Check are owned by Kello Solutions and are protected by copyright and other laws.
