TrendLens does not collect, store, or request any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email, location, or device ID.
We may collect limited anonymous usage data to understand how the app is performing (e.g., which features are used most). This is processed in aggregate and not linked to any individual user.
TrendLens uses the OpenAI API to generate captions, hashtags, and trend insights.
All data sent to OpenAI is used solely to process your prompt and return a response.
We do not log or store prompts or responses on our servers.
OpenAI does not use API data to train its models, as per OpenAI’s API Data Usage Policy.

TrendLens does not use third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics tools. Your data stays on your device, and API calls are made securely to OpenAI only.
All data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS). We do not store any data on our servers.
TrendLens is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
Since we do not collect or retain personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app or on our website.
