Matthew Retana is a Christian entrepreneur, campus preacher, and local ministry leader in the city of Whittier, California. With a passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, he is committed to reaching people, equipping believers, and encouraging the next generation to live out their faith.

Trellis Grace began as a way for Matthew to publish his own writing under a dedicated imprint. However, the vision soon grew beyond his personal work. He began to see the potential for Trellis Grace to become a small, mission-driven Christian publishing house dedicated to serving the Church and advancing the Gospel.

Although Trellis Grace is still in its early stages, its goal is to help Christian authors share their work and make meaningful, biblically grounded resources available to readers. Matthew hopes to build a publishing house where business serves the mission, and publishing becomes another way to encourage faith, equip ministry leaders, and reach people for Christ.

What began as a home for his own books is growing into a vision for something greater: a publishing house committed to serving Christ and the Church, one book at a time.
