- **Device Information**: Device ID, device model, device name, operating system version, and device brand

- **Usage Data**: Interaction with app features, attendance data, and request management activities

- **Notification Tokens**: Device tokens for push notifications

- Attendance records, leave requests, late arrivals, early departures, work-from-home requests, and salary advance requests

- Employee contact information (phone numbers, email addresses)

We collect information when you:

- Activate a license for the application

- Log in to your account

- Submit attendance-related requests

- View employee information

- Use app features that require data processing

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

- Authenticating your identity and granting app access

- Displaying attendance dashboards and metrics

- Processing and managing employee requests (leave, WFH, etc.)

- Communicating request status updates via notifications

- License validation and device registration

- Improving and troubleshooting the application

- Authentication tokens, user profiles, and license data are stored securely using secure-store (hardware-backed encrypted storage on iOS and Android)

- Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS to our servers at `trellisco.in` and `activate.imcbs.com`

- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

- **Service providers**: Third-party infrastructure providers who enable our services

- Using the **Remove License** option in the app to de-register your device

Third-Party Services

This app uses **Expo** and **React Native** frameworks. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are integrated.
