Donate a Tree

Please join us by donating a tree which can be decorated to reflect your interests; as a memorial for a loved one; to represent your business; or holiday themed. All registrations must be submitted no later than November 22nd to be included in the event. All trees must have a box, sturdy tree stand, & tree skirt.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to DetecTogether, a non-profit organization that provides a three-step cancer detection education program and the Alzheimer's Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, research, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

FESTIVAL GUIDELINES FOR TREE DONATIONS

ARTIFICIAL TREES ONLY (ranging from 3-7 feet tall).
All trees must have a box, sturdy tree stand, & a tree skirt.
Lights are highly encouraged!
Bring all supplies to set up your tree: scissors, tape, wire, step stool, etc.
Gift certificates: Place "ghost" certificates on the tree. Give actual certificates to the event staff on the day of set-up so they may be secured until ready to be given to the winner of your tree.
All items on and around the tree will be given to the winner of your tree. Please do not include any items that you would like returned.
All trees must be ready for display by 7pm on Friday, December 5th.
All decorated trees exhibited will be raffled on Sunday, December 7th shortly after 1pm and winners will be called to collect their tree.
NEITHER TREES FOR HOPE NOR ST. GABRIEL'S PARISH ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
