Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations

We recommend that speakers use 12 minutes for their presentations and 3 minutes for questions (15 minutes total per speaker). Sessions will be held concurrently and time limits will be strictly enforced. We will provide instructions for uploading presentation slides to the TREE folder online the week before the event. Please also bring your slides on a flash drive as a backup. All talks will be presented from a PC, and presenters will be provided a slide advancer, laser pointer, and microphone. If you wish to use your own computer, you are welcome to, though understand that the time for switching computers will cut into your presentation time.

Poster Presentations

All materials to hang posters will be provided. Posters should not exceed 32" x 40". Please bring your posters to registration when you arrive, and TREE representatives will provide instructions on when and how they will be set up in the Alumni Hall Connolly Ballroom. Posters may remain up until 6:00 pm. After that point, posters will be removed from the site.
