Gale Witmer, owner of Tree Line Farm, has been in love with horses since she was a child. Her love of these animals brought her into the world of riding, showing and competing for decades. Living on Cape Cod offered unique opportunities for enjoying competitive horsemanship. A part-time resident of Williston Florida for the past twenty-plus years, enjoying the horse culture of Ocala and the surrounding areas, she and her husband Bill have made their way to being full-time residents. They enjoy working together to create an environment for people to learn about and enjoy this unique style of equine competition, appropriate for all ages and most physical abilities.
Anyone who knows Gale and Bill, knows that their life is based on hard work, a true love of animals of all types, friends galore and fun, fun, fun! They know how to put on an event and make it enjoyable for all who join.
While she is serious about competition, in this phase of life, Gale has embraced the joy of competition with friends and cohorts in this style of horsemanship, The friendship and support these groups share is inspiring and promotes growth and comradery as they cheer each other on in competition. Gale is proud to bring the team spirit to competitive horsemanship.
