The Tree Care app allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request deletion of your Tree Care account:
Send an email to caretree09@gmail.com
Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Tree Care”
Include the following details:
Registered mobile number or email ID
Reason for deletion (optional)
Our team will verify the request and process it.
Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:
User account information
Name and contact details
Booking history
Stored preferences
No personal data is retained after deletion
Some non-personal transactional records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes for up to 90 days, as required by law
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.
