BOOK APPOINTMENT

Deposits & Appointment Policy:
A valid debit or credit card is required in order to reserve your appointment time. All deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from the total of your service the day of your appointment! 

Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late unfortunately you will have to reschedule your appointment and will be charged $25 or 25% of the service as a no show/same day cancellation fee. (Unless discussed)

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens and that there are going to be times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. You must cancel your appointment at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment in order to allow other clients to take your spot. If your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $25 or 25% of the Service as a non-refundable late cancellation to your card on file. If your appointment is a no show/same day cancellation, the card on file will be charged the 100% of the service.
