TERMS & CONDITION

1. Booking Process

• Reservations can be made through our website, application, telephone, or official office.  

• Booking is considered successful upon receipt of written confirmation from us.  

2. Payment

• Customers are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost at the time of booking.  

• Repayment must be made no later than 7 days before departure.  

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or other electronic payment.  

3. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: Refund of 50%.  

• Cancellation less than 30 days: No refund (non-refundable).  

1. Customer is responsible for having valid travel documents, such as passport, visa and other documents. We are not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or incorrect documents.  

1. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price at the time of booking.  

2. Schedule or Itinerary Changes

• We reserve the right to change the schedule or itinerary for operational, weather or other emergency reasons.  

3. Price Increase

• In the event of an increase in operational costs such as fuel, taxes, or currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to adjust the price.  

1. We act as an intermediary for service providers such as airlines, hotels, or other transportation. We are not responsible for any losses due to delays, cancellations or omissions of third party service providers.  

2. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or other events beyond our control.  

1. We strongly recommend customers to have travel insurance that covers cancellation, accidents and loss of personal belongings.  

1. We are not responsible for trip cancellation or changes caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or other events beyond our control.  

1. All personal data of customers will be treated with confidentiality in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.  

1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to Us within 7 days after the trip ends.  

2. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction.
