We may use anonymized and aggregated data for research and to improve the functionality of the app. However, your personal face data will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
c. Google Cloud's Vertex AI Processing and Caching
Google Cloud's Vertex AI processes your data to generate results. By default, Google may temporarily cache inputs (e.g., your face data) and outputs (e.g., fatigue status) for up to 24 hours to improve response time for future prompts. This caching is performed to reduce latency in subsequent predictions. However, no customer data is logged or used to train foundation models without your explicit permission.

Your face data is processed by Google Cloud’s Vertex AI. Data is cached for up to 24 hours by default but is not stored permanently on our servers. Any usage data stored by us is encrypted and kept securely.

We only retain face data during the processing period. Cached data stored by Google Cloud is automatically deleted within 24 hours.
