MyTRB contains a messaging functionality for Committee Chairs and CCCs to correspond with committee members and friends. Chair and CCCs should use the messaging tool for TRB committee business only, and should not be used to advertise non-TRB outside products/events, to promote the accomplishments of an individual or group, or to solicit applications for job openings.

Click on My Activities tab
Click on My Messages button
Click on the blue New Email button
