Director of Bands

Mr. Armock is entering his tenth year as a music educator in South Carolina. He previously served as Assistant Director of Bands at Pickens High School in Pickens, SC. A proud graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, he earned his Bachelors of Music Education in 2017 and is currently pursuing his Masters of Music Education from Clemson University.

During his time at Pickens High, Mr. Armock helped to lead his ensembles to multiple Superior ratings at the SCBDA 3A Marching Band Championships and the SCBDA Concert Performance Assessment. He has been a large part of the Pickens Winter Guard program, leading the Varsity program to a 1st-place finish in the CWEA Circuit in the 2A classification. He brings passion, experience, and a deep commitment to musical excellence.
