TRB – Terms of Service & Clan Rules

Welcome to TRB. By joining, participating in, or interacting with this clan, server, or any affiliated platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service and rules. These rules exist to keep TRB fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

1. Age Requirement

TRB is open to members aged 10 years or older.

• If you are under the age of 10, you are not permitted to join or participate.

• By joining TRB, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

• Lying about your age may result in immediate removal.

2. Respect & Conduct

All members are expected to treat others with respect at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation

• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language

• Excessive toxicity or intentionally causing drama

• Encouraging harm to yourself or others

TRB is a community, not a place for negativity. Failure to follow this rule may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans depending on severity.

3. Fair Play & Integrity

Fair play is mandatory.

Members may not:

• Cheat, hack, exploit, or abuse game mechanics

• Use third-party software for unfair advantages

• Assist or encourage others to cheat

Any form of cheating or exploitation will result in immediate removal, with no guarantee of appeal.

4. Behavior in Voice & Text Channels

Members must behave appropriately in all TRB spaces.

Rules include:

• No spamming, mic spam, or soundboards without permission

• No excessive shouting or disruptive behavior

• No inappropriate, NSFW, or explicit content

• Keep conversations appropriate for ages 10+

Staff may mute or remove members who disrupt others.

5. Activity Expectations

Members are expected to remain reasonably active.

• Inactivity for long periods without notice may result in removal

• If you are unable to be active, inform a staff member

• Activity expectations may vary depending on role

6. Staff Authority

TRB staff decisions must be respected.

• Do not argue with staff publicly

• Do not harass or insult moderators or leaders

• If you disagree with a decision, use proper appeal channels if available

Staff reserve the right to act in the best interest of the clan.

7. Tryouts, Rankings, & Roles

• Passing tryouts does not guarantee permanent placement

• Roles and ranks can be changed or removed at any time

• Performance, behavior, and activity all affect rank status

Leadership decisions are final.

8. Impersonation & Misrepresentation

Members may not:

• Impersonate staff or other members

• Fake achievements, roles, or authority

• Pretend to represent TRB without permission

9. Privacy & Safety

• Do not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, passwords)

• Do not pressure others to share private information

• Respect personal boundaries at all times

TRB is not responsible for private messages outside official channels.

10. Punishments & Enforcement

Violations of these rules may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings

• Temporary mutes or kicks

• Permanent bans

Punishments depend on severity and repetition. Severe offenses may result in immediate bans without warning.

11. Changes to These Terms

TRB reserves the right to:

• Update or modify these rules at any time

• Enforce new rules immediately after posting

Members are responsible for staying informed of updates.

12. Agreement

By joining TRB or participating in any TRB-related platform, you confirm that:

• You are 10 years old or older

• You have read and understood these Terms

• You agree to follow all rules listed above

• You accept any consequences for rule violations

Failure to comply may result in removal from TRB.
