TRAXX KARTING RULES
The following rules must be followed at all times when competing, officiating, observing, working, or otherwise participating in any and all activities under the operation and control of Traxx, LLC (“Activity” or “Activities”). Please read the rules thoroughly.
Individuals must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in any Activity.
Minors (individuals under 17 years of age) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Parental Consent to the Minor’s Waiver and Release of Liability.
Individuals must meet the minimum height requirement of 57 inches to ride alone.
Individuals who are pregnant are prohibited from karting.
Individuals who have pre-existing medical conditions must use extreme caution when participating in any Activity. Individuals with prior head or neck injuries are highly advised to not participate in karting.
Individuals who have casts, boots, or other braces associated with an injury are prohibited from karting.
Only individuals who are karting may enter the track area.
Any and all loose clothing, jewelry, or belongings must be secured before entering the track area.
Closed-toed shoes must be worn at all times when karting or in the track area. Shoes along with all other articles of clothing must be worn at all times.
While karting, helmets must be worn, with visors down, at all times.
Individuals must follow any and all instructions from the employees on or around the track.
Both hands and feet should remain in the kart at all times and hands should remain on the wheel at all times.
Individuals cannot exit the kart until instructed by an employee to exit the kart.
Hair that is below shoulder length must be secured before karting.
No bumping or hitting other karts and reckless or negligent driving is strictly prohibited.
When entering the pit area please slow your kart speed to 1 mph.
If your kart stops, gets stuck, or is experiencing issues, remain seated and notify an employee immediately.
Driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that impedes one's ability to drive safely is strictly prohibited.
Individuals assume all responsibilities for their actions including damage to equipment and injury to others.
Employees or agents of Traxx may remove or suspend an individual for breaking any of the aforementioned rules or for any other misconduct.
ALL DRIVERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FULL FACE HEAD SOCK PROVIDED BY TRAXX FOR HELMET HYGIENE PURPOSES. YOU WILL RETURN THE HEAD SOCKS TO A BIN UPON EXITING THE KART AREA AFTER YOU'RE FINISHED RACING. THE COST FOR THIS HYGIENE FEE IS $2.00 PER DRIVER. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FULL FACE BALACLAVA OR HEAD SOCK YOU MAY USE IT.
