Monday Evening Tango in Traverse City
Instruction and dancing: We are a group of friendly tango dancers who are open to beginners and visiting tango dancers. We offer Argentine tango instruction followed by practice and open dancing.
When: Almost every Monday evening 7-9 PM.
Where: Bodies in Motion 10660 E Carter Rd, Traverse City MI
This is a spacious dance studio one block from M-22.

Live Tango Music Aug 9-13
The internationally renowned tango orchestra, QuinTango, will be visiting our region at various venues in August.
Aug 9 Fri, 5-9 - Oliver Art Center in Frankfort MI. Wine and snacks. Concert and open dancing. Reserve tickets . $79.50 for general admission, $169.60 for two VIP tickets.
Aug 10 Sat, 7 - Music House Museum in Williamsburg MI. Seated concert. MyNorthTickets $25, $30 at the door.
Aug 11 Sun 5:30-8:00 - Black Star Winery, 10844 E Revold Rd, Suttons Bay MI. Wine and dinner concert. Tickets $120 from MyNorthTickets

Other dances in Traverse City
The Traverse City Ballroom Dancers group on Facebook is a good place to look for other dancing opportunities. Despite the name, they often announce other types of dancing, eg, Contra, Jazz, etc.
