BOOKING CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Driver or agent can cancel booking any time before driver is available at the pick-up destination and agent or driver have clicked- “pick-up ride”. Post clicking on pickup ride no booking cancellation can[i] be done.

·       A booking is accepted for maximum 30 days before the trip star date. On the other hand, A booking can be done for a minimum of 3-4 hours before the trip start time.

·       Booking can be done through our website that is https://www.travelwithbharat.link/ ,through our mobile number on calling us at 7500971838 .

·       Refund will be given only if the ride is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Instant cancellation will dedect 25℅ from your submitted amount.

Cancellation rules For Online Hatchback,Sedan and Suv booking:

·       All the cancellation request should be done via phone call to 7500971838 or through whatsapp at https://wa.me/917500971838 .

·       In  case the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours or more before the pickup time , 75℅ of total booking amount  will be refunded.

·       In case the booking is cancelled within 24-12 hours  before pic-up time, 10℅ of booking will be deducted as penalty.

·       In case the booking is cancelled within 12-6 hours before pick-up ,30℅ of booking amount will be deducted as .

Penalty.

·       In case the booking is cancelled within 3 hours or less before pickup time, 55℅ of booking amount will be deducted as penalty.

·       In case the cancellation is done from calling end due to unavoidable reasons, 100℅ of booking amount will be refunded.

Refunds

All refunds requests are processed within 1-2 business days, and payments are always done via the original source of payment for booking the taxi. Payments mode can be online and offline but security amount shouls be submitted before any ride.
