Data Storage

Any data generated or used by the TravelWear app (e.g., your saved packing lists, clothing items) is stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us or any third-party servers. If you delete the app, this local data will be removed from your device.

Children's Privacy

TravelWear does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that TravelWear has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can ensure such information is not (and cannot be) processed.

Compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Because TravelWear does not collect or process any personal data from users, we are inherently compliant with the principles and requirements of the GDPR. You have no personal data with us to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port.

Similarly, as TravelWear does not collect or process any personal information as defined by the CCPA, we are compliant with the CCPA. You have no personal information with us to request disclosure of, deletion of, or opt-out of the sale of.
