Camera access allows users to take photos when completing travel checklist items or creating travel check-ins.

Photos are captured only when the user chooses to use the camera feature.

7. Photo Library Permission

The App may request access to the device photo library.

This permission allows users to select existing photos from their device and attach them to travel records or checklist items.

Photos are only accessed when the user chooses to upload them.

8. Contacts Permission

This application may request access to your device's contacts.

This permission is to help users quickly select and fill in travel companion information when creating or managing travel-related records.

Contact information is used solely for this function; we will not access, collect, or use contact data for any other purpose.

9. Calendar Permission

The App may request access to the device calendar.

This allows users to add travel plans or reminders to their personal calendar to help organize travel schedules.

Calendar data is only used locally on the device and is not stored on our servers.
