These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute an agreement between Travel Itinerary Planner ("we", "our", or "us") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Travel Itinerary Planner mobile application and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading or using Travel Itinerary Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the app.

1. Purpose of the App & Disclaimer

Travel Itinerary Planner is designed to help users create, organize, and manage travel plans using AI-generated recommendations, location data, and user-provided trip details.

The app uses AI-powered tools (such as OpenAI API, Perplexity API) and Google Places API to provide travel suggestions, destination information, and optimized itineraries.

The app is not a travel agency, does not provide professional travel, legal, or safety advice, and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of travel-related information.

You should always verify important travel details (such as bookings, restrictions, prices, or local regulations) through official sources.
We disclaim any liability for decisions made based on AI suggestions or automated recommendations.

2. Eligibility

By using the app, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or
  
  

• You have obtained parental or guardian consent.
  
  

The app is not intended for children under 4 years old.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Travel Itinerary Planner or its content:

(a) for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
(b) to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any international, national, or local laws or regulations;
(d) to infringe upon intellectual property rights;
(e) to harass, harm, or discriminate against others;
(f) to submit false or misleading travel information or user-generated data;
(g) to upload or transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code;
(h) to collect or store personal data of others without consent;
(i) to spam, scrape, or interfere with system integrity;
(j) for any obscene, harmful, offensive, or abusive purpose;
(k) to bypass or disable security mechanisms;
(l) to misuse AI features in ways that violate OpenAI, Perplexity, or Google policies.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

4. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Travel Itinerary Planner offers optional Premium Services (such as advanced itinerary generation, unlimited AI recommendations, travel insights, or additional features).

Subscription Pricing

• $49.99 per year
  
  

Payment & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase.
  
  

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the subscription ends.
  
  

Cancellation

• Cancellation of the current subscription period is not allowed once active.
  
  

• You may manage or cancel your subscription through Apple Account Settings.
  
  

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Updated prices will appear on the App Store listing.

Refund Policy

Since subscription benefits are provided instantly and cannot be revoked remotely, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, designs, algorithms, text, graphics, trademarks, and functionality in Travel Itinerary Planner are the property of Juyana Islam or licensed third parties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any content within the app infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
  
  

• Your name, address, and email
  
  

• A statement of good faith belief that the usage is unauthorized
  
  

• A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming accuracy
  
  

• Your physical or electronic signature
  
  

We will review and respond appropriately to valid copyright claims.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Travel Itinerary Planner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, use, and process your data.

By using the app, you agree to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Travel Itinerary Planner, its developers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any:

• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  
  

• loss of data, travel delays, booking issues, or financial losses
  
  

• inaccuracies in AI-generated travel recommendations
  
  

• decisions made based on app suggestions or automated data
  
  

In no event shall our total liability exceed:

• one U.S. dollar ($1 USD), or
  
  

• the amount you paid within 30 days before the claim,
  whichever is greater.
  
  

You agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bangladesh.

You waive the right to a jury trial.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Changes & Amendments

We may modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted within the app, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately, without notice, if you:

• violate these Terms,
  
  

• misuse AI or location services,
  
  

• engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
  
  

If your account is terminated for violations, you may not create a new account without our permission.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using Travel Itinerary Planner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
