PSY 351 - Social Psychology

with Dr. Gino Galvez

Course Description: Study of individuals and groups as they are affected by social interactions. Topics may include social cognition, attitudes and persuasion, social influence, interpersonal perception and attraction, aggression, altruism, and group dynamics.

PSY 381 - Introduction to Industrial-Organizational Psychology

with Dr. Amy Wax

Course Description: This course is an introduction to theories, methods, findings, and application of industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology. Topics covered include teams, leadership, work stress, job satisfaction, and fairness and diversity in the workplace. This course will place a specific emphasis on cross-cultural issues in I-O psychology.
