The daily ticket requirement should be dealt in a following manner - tickets should be drawn from the main stock and should be signed in the main stock register, tickets, which are drawn, must be kept in a safe and all numbers should be entered in a daily register and when the tickets are required they should be signed by the clerk concerned giving the date and name of the passenger.
