One topic per email thread
Please create a separate email thread for each individual topic: this helps us track your request clearly; prevents confusion when multiple topics are mixed.
If you are continuing the same issue, reply within the same thread. If the topic changes, start a new email thread.
This keeps the conversation organized and traceable
Use a Clear and Descriptive Subject Line
Your email subject should accurately reflect the technical issue, avoid generic subjects like “Help”, “Urgent”, or “Several questions”.
To better track the thread, Trasna might slightly modify the subject line adding the customer name and other internal info.
Provide Essential Technical Information
To speed up diagnosis, please include:
Product name / module version: ATI, ATI9.
SIM identification: +CIMI, +CCID.
Test setup description.
Logs, screenshots, or error messages.
Steps to reproduce the issue and its frequency.
Expected vs. actual behavior.
Severity.
The device history: e.g. re-flashed, time on the field, etc.
The phase when the issue has been detected, e.g. preliminary, pre-release, on the field, etc.
The more context you provide, the faster we can support you.
