PRIVACY POLICY FOR TRAQMART
Effective Date: 29-06-2026
Last Updated: 10-09-2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TRAQMART ("TRAQMART," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use the TRAQMART mobile application and related services.
Please read this Privacy Policy before using TRAQMART. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the app. Where consent is required by applicable law or platform policy, we will request it through an appropriate notice or permission request.
1. ABOUT TRAQMART
TRAQMART is a fashion marketplace that allows users to:
- Create and manage an account and profile;
- Browse, search, save, and purchase products;
- Manage delivery addresses, carts, wishlists, and order history;
- Communicate with buyers and sellers through in-app chat;
- Apply to become a seller by first selecting an available seller subscription plan and submitting payment information for admin review;
- After subscription approval, submit and edit shop information, including a shop phone number, optional social links, and verification materials;
- Manage a seller shop, products, stock, orders, and seller payment methods after approval;
- Enable or disable Cash on Delivery (COD), set a COD deposit amount, and submit or review applicable payment proof;
- Send product inquiries through chat; and
- Report products, report or block abusive chat users, or contact support about marketplace concerns.
Seller subscription enrollment and renewal through manual payment are not offered in the iOS version of TRAQMART. If TRAQMART later offers an iOS purchase that unlocks seller app functionality, the purchase will use Apple's approved purchasing system where required.
TRAQMART does not currently provide an internal user wallet balance, wallet deposit or withdrawal service, seller commission system, loan, investment, insurance, cryptocurrency, banking, or financial advisory service.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide account, marketplace, seller, subscription, payment-verification, communication, support, security, and moderation features.
2.1 Account and Profile Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:
- Full name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Profile image;
- Firebase user ID and authentication identifiers;
- Account role, such as buyer, seller, or admin;
- Account and seller-access status;
- Account creation and update dates; and
- Login and authentication information processed through Firebase Authentication.
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, manage profiles and roles, protect accounts, provide app features, and communicate important service information.
TRAQMART does not receive or store your Firebase Authentication password in readable form.
2.2 Buyer, Cart, Wishlist, Address, and Order Information
When you use buyer features, we may collect:
- Wishlist and saved-product information;
- Cart information;
- Saved delivery addresses;
- Buyer name and phone number;
- Ordered products, selected options, quantities, and prices;
- Seller and shop associated with an order;
- Delivery and order details;
- Order, fulfillment, and payment-proof status;
- Order history; and
- Product or seller report information.
We use this information to operate marketplace features, process and fulfill orders, support delivery, maintain order history, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, resolve disputes, and provide support.
2.3 In-App Chat Information
When buyers and sellers use in-app messaging, we may collect and store:
- Conversation participants and their user IDs;
- Buyer and seller display names and profile or shop images;
- Message content;
- Product information included with a product inquiry, such as product ID, name, image, price, currency, and product source;
- Message date and time;
- Read or unread status and unread-message counts; and
- Conversation update information;
- Chat report reason and report status; and
- Block or unblock status and related timestamps.
Chat information is used to allow buyers and sellers to communicate about products, shops, orders, delivery, and support matters. Messages are intended for the conversation participants. Authorized admins or service personnel may access relevant messages when reasonably necessary to investigate reports, fraud, abuse, safety issues, disputes, or technical problems, or when required by law.
Please do not send passwords, complete financial credentials, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through chat.
2.4 Seller Shop Setup and Verification Information
Where seller subscription enrollment is available, a new seller first selects a plan and submits the requested payment-verification information. After the subscription payment is approved, the seller can complete shop setup without a separate seller-profile approval request. We may collect:
- Seller name and phone number;
- Shop name;
- Shop address or location;
- Shop profile image;
- Shop verification photos;
- Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, or other optional social links voluntarily provided by the seller;
- Shop application and approval status;
- Submission, approval, rejection, and update dates;
- Admin review decisions and rejection reasons; and
- Seller role and access status.
We use this information to create and display the seller profile, verify shops, prevent fraud and impersonation, maintain marketplace safety, contact sellers where necessary, and determine whether seller features should remain enabled. Shop information may still be reviewed, edited, hidden, or removed for safety, fraud, legal, or policy reasons even though a separate profile-approval step is not normally required after subscription approval.
Shop verification photos are used for verification and moderation and are not intended to be publicly displayed unless they are also separately used as public shop content.
2.5 Seller Subscription and Manual Payment Verification Information
Where this feature is offered, users who want to become or remain a seller may select a subscription plan created by TRAQMART admins and manually submit payment proof. This manual enrollment and renewal flow is not offered in the iOS version. We may collect:
- Selected plan ID and plan name;
- Monthly price, duration, total price, and currency;
- Whether the request is a new seller application or renewal;
- Selected admin payment account or payment provider, such as KPay, WavePay, or AYA Pay;
- Payment account name and phone number associated with the selected receiving account;
- The last five digits of the transaction ID;
- Payment screenshot or payment-proof image;
- Request submission date;
- Pending, approved, rejected, or expired status;
- Admin approval or rejection date and rejection reason;
- Subscription start date and expiry date; and
- Previous subscription expiry information for renewals.
We use this information to verify manual payments, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, approve or reject seller subscriptions, calculate subscription expiry, maintain transaction and audit records, provide support, and restore seller access after an approved renewal.
TRAQMART does not request or store complete bank-account credentials, mobile-wallet passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, or complete card numbers for seller subscription verification. Users should never include such information in screenshots, transaction references, chat messages, or other uploads.
Seller subscriptions submitted through the manual-payment flow are reviewed by an admin. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the app, they do not renew automatically. Where renewal is available, a seller must submit a renewal payment and receive admin approval to extend access. Any iOS subscription or purchase that unlocks seller app functionality will use Apple's approved purchasing system where required.
2.6 Seller Products and Shop Content
Approved sellers may submit and manage:
- Product titles and descriptions;
- Product categories and subcategories;
- Prices and currency labels;
- Product images;
- Product condition;
- Available sizes and colors;
- Stock quantities and stock status;
- Shop name, shop image, and shop location shown with products;
- Seller contact information displayed by the app; and
- Seller order and product-management records.
We use this information to display products and seller stores, operate search and filtering, manage inventory and orders, support buyers, and moderate marketplace content.
2.7 Seller Payment Methods and Buyer Payment Proof
Approved sellers may add payment methods that buyers can use to pay the seller directly. Depending on the information submitted, we may collect:
- Payment provider or method name, such as KPay, WavePay, or AYA Pay;
- Account name or account-holder name;
- Payment phone number or account identifier;
- QR-code image; and
- Payment-method status and update date.
Relevant seller payment-method details may be shown to buyers during seller-product checkout so the buyer can make payment to the seller.
For direct seller payments, we may also collect the buyer's selected seller payment method, payment screenshot, the last five transaction digits, payment submission date, and verification or order status. This information is used for order processing, payment verification, fraud prevention, support, and dispute resolution.
A seller may choose whether to offer COD. If COD is enabled, the seller may set the deposit amount that the buyer must pay before placing the order. If the seller has not set an amount, TRAQMART may apply a default deposit of 10,000 Ks, limited where necessary so it does not exceed the product price. For a COD deposit, we may collect the deposit amount, remaining amount due on delivery, selected deposit payment method, last five transaction digits, payment screenshot, and verification status.
We do not publicly display buyer payment screenshots or transaction references. They may be available to the relevant seller, authorized admins, and service providers as necessary for transaction processing, verification, safety, support, or legal compliance.
2.8 Uploaded Images and Files
Users may voluntarily upload:
- Profile images;
- Product images;
- Shop profile images;
- Shop verification photos;
- Seller payment-method QR images;
- Seller subscription payment screenshots;
- Buyer order payment screenshots; and
- Images needed for reports or support, where available.
We use uploaded files only for the feature for which they were submitted, marketplace operations, verification, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, support, and legal compliance.
2.9 Reports and User-Generated Content
We may collect product and chat-user reports, report reasons, optional descriptions, reporter and reported-user identifiers, conversation or product identifiers, reported product details, report status, block status, and moderation decisions.
We may review, reject, remove, restrict, or hide products, shops, messages, images, links, or other content that violates our rules, applicable law, third-party rights, or marketplace safety requirements.
2.10 Technical, Security, and Service Information
TRAQMART and its service providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as:
- Device and network information made available to the app or service providers;
- IP address and request metadata processed by hosting or Firebase services;
- App version and platform information;
- Authentication and login status;
- Date and time of actions;
- Firebase identifiers;
- Error, diagnostic, performance, and security logs; and
- Suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity indicators.
We use this information to authenticate users, deliver app features, maintain security, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
TRAQMART does not currently use personal information for personalized advertising and does not sell personal information.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information described in this Privacy Policy to:
- Create, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts;
- Provide buyer, seller, shop, product, cart, wishlist, address, chat, checkout, and order features;

- Calculate subscription start and expiry dates;
- Approve, reject, expire, pause, or restore seller access;
- Send in-app account, order, chat, seller, payment, approval, rejection, renewal, and expiry notices;
- Maintain product stock and order records;

- Provide support and resolve disputes;
- Maintain records needed for audit, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;
- Improve app functionality, performance, safety, and user experience; and
- Enforce our terms, policies, and marketplace rules.
4. SELLER SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRY AND AUTOMATED STATUS CHANGES
TRAQMART uses the admin-approved subscription expiry date to manage seller access.
- We may show a renewal reminder when a seller logs in within five days before expiry.
- When a subscription expires, the account's active seller role may be paused or changed back to a buyer role.
- The seller shop may be marked offline or hidden.
- Seller products may be hidden from buyer-facing marketplace screens and prevented from checkout.
- Existing shop and product data is not deleted solely because the subscription expired.
- The seller may continue to use buyer features and may submit a renewal request.
- When a renewal payment is approved and the shop remains eligible, seller access, shop visibility, and product visibility may be restored.
- Manual seller enrollment and renewal are not available in the iOS version. Availability and payment methods may differ by platform to comply with platform requirements.
These changes are based on subscription status, expiry date, shop approval status, and admin decisions. Users may contact us if they believe a seller-access decision or expiry date is incorrect.
5. HOW WE SHARE OR DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We do not sell users' personal information.
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for marketplace functionality, seller and buyer interactions, service-provider processing, verification, moderation, safety, support, legal compliance, or business protection.
5.1 Information Shared with Buyers and Sellers
When a buyer interacts with a seller or places an order, relevant information may be shared between them, including:
- Buyer name and phone number;
- Delivery address;
- Ordered products, quantities, selected options, and amount;
- Order and fulfillment status;
- Relevant payment-proof or verification status;
- COD deposit amount and amount due on delivery, where applicable;
- Seller or shop name and contact information;
- Seller payment-method details needed to make a direct payment; and
- Chat messages exchanged between the buyer and seller.
This information is shared for communication, order processing, payment, delivery, support, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
5.2 Seller and Shop Information Visible to Users
The following information may be visible to TRAQMART users while a seller's shop is active:
- Shop name and location;
- Shop profile image;
- Seller or shop contact information shown by the app;
- Seller-provided social links;
- Product listings, descriptions, images, prices, options, and stock information; and
- Seller store-page information.
Seller applicants should not submit private information in public shop or product fields unless they want it displayed to users.
5.3 Admin Access
Authorized TRAQMART admins may access information reasonably necessary to:
- Manage users and roles;
- Review seller subscription requests, shop information, and verification photos;
- Review seller subscription plans and payment requests;
- Verify payment screenshots and transaction details;
- Approve, reject, pause, expire, or restore seller access;
- Review seller payment methods and orders;
- Investigate product or chat-user reports, blocks, fraud, abuse, security incidents, or disputes;
- Moderate shops, products, messages, and other content;
- Delete accounts and user-owned data when requested or authorized; and
- Operate and secure the marketplace.
5.4 Service Providers
TRAQMART uses third-party service providers, including:
- Firebase Authentication for account registration and authentication;
- Firebase Cloud Firestore for database storage and real-time app data;
- Firebase Storage for uploaded images and files; and
- Firebase Cloud Functions and related Google Cloud services for secure server operations, account deletion, subscription expiry enforcement, seller-access restoration, and related backend processing.
These providers may process data on our behalf according to their terms, privacy practices, and security requirements. Information about Firebase privacy and data processing is available at:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We may add or replace service providers as the app evolves. We will update this Privacy Policy and applicable disclosures when changes materially affect user data handling.
5.5 Legal, Safety, and Business Protection
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- Enforce agreements, rules, or policies;
- Protect users, sellers, admins, TRAQMART, Simply Flutter, or the public;
- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- Resolve disputes; or
- Protect our rights, property, systems, and business operations.
If TRAQMART or its relevant business assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections.
6. DATA STORAGE, TRANSFERS, AND SECURITY
TRAQMART uses Firebase and related Google Cloud infrastructure to store and process account information, database records, uploaded files, and backend operations. Information may be processed or stored in countries outside the user's country, depending on service infrastructure and configuration.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, which may include:
- Firebase Authentication;
- Database and storage access controls;
- Role and admin-access controls;
- HTTPS encryption during transmission;
- Server-side validation and administrative review;
- Access and activity logging;
- Fraud and abuse prevention measures; and
- Data deletion and visibility controls.
No electronic storage or internet-transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should notify us if they suspect unauthorized account access.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, complying with law, and maintaining necessary business records.
Retention may vary by data type:
- Account and profile information is generally retained while the account is active.
- Active cart, wishlist, address, shop, product, subscription, chat, and order data is retained as needed to provide the associated features.
- Payment-verification screenshots, transaction references, subscription records, order records, reports, moderation records, and dispute information may be retained as reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, audit, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- An expired seller's shop and product data may remain stored but hidden so it can be restored after an approved renewal.
- Backup copies may persist for a limited period according to service-provider backup and recovery processes before being overwritten or deleted.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or restrict it.
8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users may request permanent deletion of their TRAQMART account and associated data.
8.1 In-App Account Deletion
Users can initiate deletion inside TRAQMART by going to:
Profile > Delete Account
After confirmation, TRAQMART is designed to delete the Firebase Authentication account and user-owned information associated with that account, which may include profile information, addresses, cart, wishlist, shops, seller products, seller payment methods and COD settings, seller subscription requests and uploaded payment proof, chats and messages, chat block records, reports, notifications, orders associated with the user, nested user records, and user-owned uploaded files.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Expiring or pausing a seller subscription does not delete the user's TRAQMART account.
8.2 External Deletion Request
Users may also request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app through:
Account Deletion Page: https://sites.google.com/view/deletion-traqmart/home
Email: simplyfluttermm@gmail.com
The deletion page or request should clearly identify TRAQMART and provide a reasonable way to submit a request. We may request enough information to verify account ownership and protect against unauthorized deletion.
8.3 Information That May Be Retained
We may retain limited information after deletion only where retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, legal compliance, enforcement, or protecting users and the marketplace.
Where retention is necessary, we will limit the retained information, restrict its use, and delete or anonymize it when the retention purpose ends. We will not use retained information to continue the deleted user's active account or seller profile.
9. USER RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on applicable law and available app functionality, users may be able to:
- Access and review profile information;
- Update or correct profile, address, shop, product, and seller payment-method information;
- Delete saved addresses, cart items, wishlist items, products, or payment methods where supported;
- Request correction of inaccurate subscription or seller-status information;
- Request account and associated data deletion;
- Control photo, media, and notification permissions through device settings;
- Report inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent products or conduct;
- Report or block abusive users in chat and unblock users previously blocked by them;
- Contact us with privacy questions or complaints; and
- Stop using the app.
Some features may not work when required information or permissions are withheld or removed.
10. APP PERMISSIONS
TRAQMART may request device permissions only when reasonably needed for a feature.
Permissions may include:
- Photo or media-library access to select profile images, product images, shop images, verification photos, QR images, and payment screenshots;
- Internet or network access to connect to Firebase, display remote content, and provide app services.
Users can control permissions through device settings. TRAQMART should request applicable runtime permissions at or near the time the related feature is used. Disabling a permission may limit the related feature.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
TRAQMART is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the minimum age legally required to enter marketplace transactions and use seller or payment-related features in their location.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without required authorization, we may delete the information and restrict or delete the account. Parents or legal guardians may contact us at simplyfluttermm@gmail.com.
12. MARKETPLACE SAFETY AND CONTENT MODERATION
TRAQMART may review, restrict, hide, reject, or remove content or accounts to maintain marketplace safety. This may include:
- Counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products;
- Scam or fraudulent listings;
- Misleading product descriptions or shop information;
- Inappropriate or unlawful images;
- Harassment, abusive messages, or unsafe conduct;
- Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property;
- Seller-policy or subscription violations;
- Manipulated payment proof or transaction information; and
- Reports submitted by users.
Admins may review relevant records and take action, including rejecting subscription payments, restricting or removing shop information, hiding products, suspending seller access, restricting features, or deleting content or accounts where appropriate.
Users can report products from supported product-detail screens and can report or block another participant from the chat menu. Blocking prevents further messaging in that conversation until the user who applied the block removes it. TRAQMART aims to review safety reports within a reasonable period based on severity and available information.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Seller profiles, shop pages, or other content may include links to Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, or other third-party services.
TRAQMART does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of third-party websites, payment providers, mobile-wallet providers, or social-media services. Users should review the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy before using it or sharing information.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in app features, data practices, service providers, law, or platform requirements.
When we update it, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, store listing, email, or another appropriate method where required.
The version of the Privacy Policy made available through the app or official website will be the current version.
