I'm a Sauganash native! I attended Queen of All Saints, Regina Dominican High School, and went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to obtain my Education degree. In 201,8 I embarked on getting my ESL endorsement which then led to me completing my Masters from St. Francis University.
This is my 14th year teaching. After graduating college, I started as a substitute in CPS. I spent most of my time in Sauganash. For the second half of the school year I was put in Kindergarten. I moved to second grade for the following school year. I taught first grade and absolutely loved it, too! Then, I was back in second grade and have been ever since! I'm so excited to be teaching second grade again this year and am looking forward to an extremely successful school year!
In my spare time, I enjoy watching TV, reading, and spending time with my adorable dog, Layla! We love long walks and adventures together! We especially love camping and hiking!
