1. Overview

This page provides a clear disclosure of our legal right to use music content from Epidemic Sound within our mobile application (“the App”).
We operate in full compliance with Epidemic Sound’s licensing terms and ensure that all music included in the App is properly licensed and authorized.

4. Scope of the Epidemic Sound License

Under the Pro Plan, the license holder is granted the following rights:

• Use Epidemic Sound audio tracks within a mobile application available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Stream licensed music inside the App for user enjoyment.

• Integrate music into core app features, including:

  • Background music

  • Music playback through categories or moods

  • Music recommendations

  • User-selected listening

• Monetize the App (ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions) while using Epidemic Sound tracks.

❌ Restrictions (We Strictly Comply With These)

The App does not and will never:

• Allow users to download, save, export, or extract Epidemic Sound audio files.

• Redistribute music files outside of the App in any form.

• Provide direct access to the raw audio tracks.

• Upload tracks to platforms not covered under the license.

• Enable users to repurpose or reuse the music independently.

Playback is streaming-only, completely contained inside the App, and cannot be saved locally.

5. Compliance With Apple App Store Policies

We fully comply with all Apple App Store Review Guidelines, including but not limited to:

• No music downloads or offline saving of any kind.

• Music is streamed only, never stored on the device.

• All audio files remain protected and inaccessible to users outside the App’s controlled playback environment.

• Only properly licensed music from Epidemic Sound is used.

Our App does not violate any copyright, distribution, or content protection requirements set by Apple.

6. Copyright Compliance

All music played in the App is properly licensed through Epidemic Sound under the Pro Plan.
We do not use:

• Unlicensed music

• Copyrighted tracks from other providers

• User-uploaded music

• Downloaded or extracted audio from platforms like YouTube, Spotify, or others

Every audio asset is obtained legally through Epidemic Sound.
