The Chairman Administers the Corporation and Board of Directors as mandated by its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. All board of any subsidiary and affiliate companies of the TRANSWORLD MEDIA ADS INC. may set up to implements their objectives are decided by the Chairman on Recommendation of the Board. An executive committee headed by the President and Chief Officer serve the Corporation’s Board. The organization is structured into five (5) operating department, namely, Administration and Treasury, Art and Advertising Production, Material Placement and Inventory Management, Transit Management, and Marketing and Sales Department each headed by a manager of the said company.
The Corporation was organized for Twenty (21) successful years and registered in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Republic of the Philippines. TRANSWORLD MEDIA ADS INC. is situated in Taguig City. The company’s success in a constantly evolving print media advertising market, this could also depend on its comprehensive approach and efficiency with which it carries out projects on the time on budget.
