Please note that the registration fee and living expenses (lodging, breakfasts, lunches) have to be paid separately

Registration Fees

Registration fees amount to 270 euros. These include your financial contribution to the workshop organization, the use of the services of the institute (administration, logistics, internet, lecture room, ...). 

The registration fee also includes:

Lodging and meals

The cost of your stay at the IESC corresponds to your actual consumption (accommodation and meals). For the duration of the conference (five days and five nights) the charges are: 


Cost of stay including accommodation, lunches, Coffee-break, BBQ and welcome drink

Shared room (2 beds) : 290,00€


Single room: 350,00€. Please note that the number of single rooms is limited and subject to availability. 


 Without lodging at IESC:

120€ for lunches, coffee break, BBQ and welcome drink

 

Accompanying person (limited):

21€/day for accommodation

12€/day for lunch, 26€ for the BBQ and 9€ for the welcome drink (to be paid at the end of the stay).


Payment

Your stay at the IESC (lodging and lunches) must be paid either on site at the Institute in €uros by credit card or (exclusively for the package corresponding to the full period) before arrival by Bank transfer to the bank account . If you choose this option, please pay  290,00€ in advance. If you are allocated a single room, you will be asked to pay the difference by credit card on arrival.

Please add bank fees to the amount and indicate your name and the identification code TNC20. The corresponding voucher should be handed to the IESC Secretary. 

Your lodging at the hotel or elsewhere than those managed by the institute has to be paid on site.
