This Privacy Policy applies to "Clear Scanner" (TransportApp6), developed by Eilm Aswad and available on Google Play. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email, phone number, or address.
All processing is performed locally on your device. Your documents remain under your control at all times.
Clear Scanner may request access to device storage and media files to enable core features, including:
• Scanning and saving documents as PDF files
• Importing images and documents from device storage
• Browsing and managing PDF files stored on the device
• Merging, splitting, and editing PDF documents
• Applying watermarks and signatures to files
This access is used only for user-selected files and document management features. The app does not upload or transmit your files to any server.
The app requires camera access to scan physical documents such as receipts, notes, ID cards, and papers. Images are processed locally to generate PDF files.
The app may request access to images to allow users to select photos for:
• Image-to-PDF conversion
• Document creation and editing
Video access is only used if required for selecting media content for supported conversion features. No media is collected or uploaded.
🔍 OCR Processing
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is performed locally on the device to extract text from scanned documents. No extracted text is stored or shared externally.
Internet access is used only for:
• Displaying ads (Google AdMob)
• Optional app services such as updates or analytics (if enabled in future versions)
We do not send any personal files or document content over the internet.
Clear Scanner uses trusted third-party services including:
• Google AdMob – for advertising support
• Google Play Services – for app functionality and distribution
These services may have their own privacy policies.

All documents and processing remain on your device. We do not store, collect, or sell any user data. Your files are never transmitted to external servers.
This app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.
