超个人心理学读书会（原“心灵成长事工”）是一个跨越宗教和宗派限制的灵性群体。我们学习各类传统和学派中的智慧，包括：心理学、脑科学、意识研究（consciousness research）、启灵药物学（psychedelics）、超心理学（parapsychology）、基督教、佛教、新时代等。
通过对于灵性的学习，更新我们旧有的限制性的观念，活出更精彩、富足、健康的生命，并去引导更多的人走向灵性的成长。
自2020年起，我们举办了近20次的中英文读书会、冥想活动。
发起人Stone，加拿大安省注册心理治疗师，心理学和理工科背景，心理治疗和神学硕士，10多年来致力于探索宗教、意识、心理。
