Thank you for using Translato
The following terms and conditions govern all use of Translato app along with all content, services and products available at or through it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Solution Developers. The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Translato’ Privacy Policy which is accessible from the Google Play page) .
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By using our Service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use Translato. If you are using Translato on behalf of an organization such as your employer, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization, and represent and warrant that you have the authority to agree to these terms on the organization's behalf. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.
Your Translato Account
To use Translato, you'll need to create an account in Translato, either via an email ID or through a third-party service such as Google. In the latter case, personal information you provided to that third party, such as your name, email address and other information your privacy settings on that service allow us to access, will be used to create your Translato account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Translato login credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Translato will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
You agree that we may send communications to your email address for customer service, confirmations, newsletters, product offers and other matters. Please note that even if you opt out, we will still send you account-related emails, such as purchase confirmation and password reset emails.
Your Content
By using Translato, you provide us with text, images, file attachments, and other information (“your content”). You retain full ownership of your content - what belongs to you stays yours.
You can remove your content by deleting it. However, in certain instances, some of your content may not be completely removed (when your data is shared with someone else, for example). We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of any of your content, or the failure to remove or delete such content.
You are solely responsible for your content and indicate that you own or have the necessary rights to all of your content, and that use of your content does not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
Translato is used by many people, and we are proud of the trust our users place in us. We expect, in turn, that our users do not misuse our products and services. Except with our written permission, you shall not:
§ Attempt to impersonate another person or use another person’s Translato account information without authorization;
§ Use or distribute Translato for your own scientific or clinical research purposes;
§ Violate or attempt to violate Translato’ security features, including logging into a server that you are not authorized to access, or probing the vulnerability of Translato systems and networks;
§ Redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, publish, or copy Translato, including cracking its flash (.SWF) files;
§ Use Translato for the purpose of creating a product with a substantially similar look, feel or design;
§ Access or search Translato by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, “scraping”);
§ Interfere with others’ use and enjoyment of Translato;
§ Use Translato or any trademarks, game names, trade names, service marks, copyrights, or logos of Translato, in unsolicited mailings, spam material, contests or surveys, or to create the impression that such items are associated with you;
§ Violate any third party’s rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
§ Threaten, stalk, harm, or harass others; or engage in activity in connection that is fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, illegal or otherwise inappropriate.
§ Engaging in prohibited uses is grounds for immediate termination of your Translato account, and may also subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

One-Month Subscription
Translato offers one-month subscriptions, which entitle the original purchaser access to Translato for a period of exactly 1 month from the date of purchase. You will be billed for your subscription in advance at the time of purchase and the subscription will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled. If you cancel your services, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. This means we won’t be able to refund you for early contract cancellation. All Translato accounts begin with an obligation-free trial which will allow you to evaluate the service. Charges will only be applied after explicit account purchase. Please sign up for a monthly payment schedule if you are unsure of how long you will be using the service. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount. If Translato terminates your account because of a violation of our terms of service, Translato will not refund any portion of your license fees.
One-Year Subscription

3 Year Subscription
Translato offers 3-year subscription, which entitle the original purchaser access to Translato for a period of exactly 3 year from the date of purchase. You will be billed for your subscription in advance at the time of purchase and the subscription will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled. If you cancel your services, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. This means we won’t be able to refund you for early contract cancellation. All Translato accounts begin with an obligation-free trial which will allow you to evaluate the service. Charges will only be applied after explicit account purchase. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount. If Translato terminates your account because of a violation of our terms of service, Translato will not refund any portion of your license fees.
Lifetime Plans
Translato may offer Lifetime Plan which will be active once the client has paid the one-time upfront fee. Translato makes no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Translato services, and in purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that the Translato services could change or terminate in the future in the event that Translato ceases to do business, or in the event of an acquisition, change of control, a significant merger, or other legal re-organization of Translato. If Translato terminates your account because of a violation of our terms of service, Translato will not refund any portion of your license fees. Translato may introduce additional services from time to time, which may be excluded from an existing lifetime plan without additional cost.
If your Translato lifetime plan account has no activity for a period of 6 months, we will consider that account dormant and will remove online access to the data. We will then keep the data for an additional 6 months, at which point we will delete your data. Activity is defined as a login to the Translato App. You can cancel your lifetime plan any time by contacting us; however, cancellation of a lifetime plan will not result in a refund.
Changes
Translato reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Translato may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Service (including, the release of new tools and resources and modification as well as termination of released features). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Termination
Translato may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Translato account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Service. Translato can terminate the Service immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. Translato and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Translato nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Service at your own discretion and risk. Translato will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of Service.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Translato shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Translato has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) any bugs arising in the app; (vi) corruption of application, hacking attacks, security of the app or any other matter relating to the service. Translato shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Translato, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party; or (v) any rejection of your mobile application from any mobile application store or marketplace, for any reason whatsoever. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Translato and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Translato, or by posting the revised version of this Agreement by Translato.
Beta Features
Some Translato platform releases contain beta features periodically on Beta Version through Google Play platform. We release these beta features to collect feedback on their implementation so that we can improve them. We value any feedback on these beta features, as it enables us to provide you with the best possible product. The availability of beta features will be documented in the release notes for every specific release. Other documentation will be available through the Translato support section. Please consult the release notes and the documentation on how to enable and use these beta features.
Please take note of the following limitations regarding beta features:
§ Beta features may be incomplete; future releases may include more functionality to complete the features
§ Beta features may change in future releases, depending on the feedbacks
§ Even though we aim for backwards compatibility, Translato can’t guarantee backwards compatibility between monthly releases for beta features
§ Beta features are not covered by any SLA and not part of our Reseller Platform
§ We value feedback, including tickets describing problems with beta features, but these tickets will not be handled according to your SLA
§ We cannot guarantee timely fixes for any problems you encounter with beta features
§ Beta features should not be used for production applications
§ Beta features may contain bugs, which could potentially lead to data corruption
Legal Issues & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra,India. In the event that any dispute should arise under this agreement, the parties agree to waive all jurisdictional and venue objections and to have all such disputes submitted to and heard before Mumbai High Court.
