八六.轉身單擺腳
(一).由前式徐徐吸氣,身右擰,坐右腿扣左腳,同時左掌隨身左擰,用陽掌向右搬攔,右掌不動,目視左掌,面西南,扣膝裹襠,扭住螺絲勁,如圖260。
Posture 86. Turn the Body, Single Foot Swing
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and twist the body towards the right. Sit on the right leg and turn the left toes inward. At the same time that the body twists left, deflect [bān] and block [lán] towards the right using the left palm as a Yang palm while keeping the right palm motionless [under the left elbow]. Look at the left palm and face the southwest. The knees are turned inward and the groin is rounded, twisting [down] with screwing energy [luósī jìn], as in Figure 260.

(二).由前式兩腳扣住勁不動,身囬向左擰轉,右掌不動,仍用左掌隨身轉向左後[扌+履]撥,面對東北,目視左掌,如圖261。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, keep both feet motionless with inward [screwing] energy and twist the body to turn back towards the left. Keep the right palm motionless [under the left elbow] and rollback [lǚ] to the left rear using the left palm to push [bō] towards the left. Look at the left palm and face the northeast, as in Figure 261.

(三).由前式鬆腰翻身右後轉,左腳不動,右腳向左前撥[should be 擺] 踢,同時左掌隨身後轉向右拍擊右腳面,目前視,如圖262。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and turn the body back towards the right. Keep the left foot motionless and swing the right foot to kick towards the left front. At the same time that the body turns back, slap the top of the right foot with the left palm. Look forward, as in Figure 262.

(四).由前式右腳隨身轉向上向後擺踢至西方落地成右弓步,左腳跟外擰蹬住。左掌在拍過右腳面後與右掌分開,隨身翻轉,右手向後下再向上翻挑,左手立掌向上向西劈平,兩手伸直,均成立掌,手心向右,目視左掌,面西,氣沉丹田以貫注兩掌,如圖263。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, swing the right foot up and kick towards the rear as the body turns to face the west. Drop the [right foot] to the ground to end in a right bow stance. Twist the left heel outward and firmly push through it. After the left palm slaps the top of the right foot, separate it from the right palm. Raise the right hand to the back and then down. Afterwards, flip [the right hand] and raise it up. Use the left hand as a standing palm to go up and towards the west. Then, chop [down with the left hand] at [shoulder] level. Stretch both hands out straight using standing palms with the center of the hands facing towards the right. Look at the left palm and face the west. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into both palms, as in Figure 263.
