八二.雲手
(一).由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,身右轉,坐實右腿,扣左腳尖對南方。同時鬆開右掌,身左擰,坐左腿,收右足並立。同時右掌下落隨身左擰勢向左劃弧護襠,至左肘下成陽掌高與胯齊。左手陰掌下按與肩平,目視左掌,面對東北,如圖245。
Posture 82. Cloud Hands
(1) Continuing from [the previous movement], relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the body towards the right and sit solidly on the right leg, turning the left toes inward to face directly south and releasing the right [hooked] palm. [Then], twist the body towards the left and sit on the left leg, drawing the right foot in until it is side-by-side [to the left foot]. Also, drop the right palm down as the body twists left, drawing an arc [down] towards the left to guard the groin below the left elbow. [The right palm] ends in a Yang palm that is at hip joint [kuà] level. Push down [àn] with the left hand as a Yin palm at shoulder level [height]. Look at the palm and face the northeast, as in Figure 245.

(二).向右雲:由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,坐實右腿,身右後轉。同時右手向上劃弧繞向右雲護面,手心向內;左手向下劃弧向右繞護襠前,手心向內。面對西南,目視右手,如圖246。身腰繼續向右後方擰轉,同時右掌向右後足翻為陰掌按平,高與肩齊;左掌隨身擰,向右抄托翻成陽掌於右肘下,高與胯齊,面對西北,目視右掌。氣沉丹田以貫注兩掌,成右雲手,如圖247。
(2) Waving Right:
A. Continuing from [the previous movement], relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit on the right leg and turn the body back towards the right. At the same time, coil the right hand in an upward arc and wave it to the right to guard the face with the center of the hand facing inward. Coil the left hand down in a downward arc to the right to guard in front of the groin with the center of the hand facing inward. Look at the right hand and face the southwest, as in Figure 246.
B. Continue twisting the body to turn towards the right rear. At the same time, flip the right palm over towards the right rear as a Yin palm that is pushing down [àn] at shoulder level height. As the body twists [right], fold [the left arm] so that the left palm flips and lifts towards the right, ending in a Yang palm that is under the the right elbow at hip joint [kuà] level. Look at the right palm and face the northwest. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into both palms, ending Waving Right, as in Figure 247.

(三).向左雲:由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,坐右腿身左轉,左腳向左橫移一步成馬步。同時左手向上托向左雲護面,右手向下向左抄護襠,隨身左轉,面向東南,目視左手,兩手心均向內,如圖248。再行隨身繼續向左後擰轉,体重移於左腿,右腳隨收與左足並。同時左掌隨身向左雲足至至左後方成陰掌按平,高與肩齊,右掌隨身向左上托置於左肘下,高與胯齊,面對東北,目視左掌,氣沉丹田以貫注左掌,成左雲手,如圖249。
(3) Waving Left:
A. Continuing from [the previous movement], relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit on the right leg and turn the body towards the left. Move the left foot horizontally to the left, taking one step to end in a horse stance [mǎbù]. At the same time, lift the left hand up in a left wave to guard the face. As the body turns towards the left, fold the right hand down towards the left to guard the groin. Look at the left hand and face the southeast, as in Figure 248.
B. Then move the body by continuing to twist towards the left rear. Shift the body’s weight onto the left leg, and then draw in the right foot until it is side-by-side with the left foot. As the body turns, wave the left palm towards the left until it is at the left rear, ending in a Yin palm that is pushing [àn] at shoulder level. Lift the left palm up towards the left until it is under the left elbow at hip joint [kuà] level. Look at the left palm and face the northeast. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into the left palm, ending Waving Left, as in Figure 249.

(四).向右雲:與(二)。兩腳不動,隨身右後擰轉,右上左下向右後方雲,如圖250。如圖251。成右雲手。
(4) Waving Right:
The same as 82-(2). Keep both feet motionless and twist the body back to turn towards the right. With the right hand is on top and the left is below, wave in the right rear direction, as in Figures 250 and 251. End in Right Waving Hands.

(五).向左雲:與(三)。左足向左橫移一步,右足隨並,身向左後轉,同時兩掌左上右下,隨身雲向左後方。如圖252。如圖253。成左雲手。
(5) Waving Left:
The same as 82-(3). Take one horizontal step with the left foot towards the left, and then step the right foot until it is side-by-side [with the left foot] while turning the body back towards the left. At the same time, both hands wave towards the left rear, with the right [hand] on top and the left [hand] on the bottom. End in Left Waving Hands, as in Figures 252 and 253.

(六). 向右雲: 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,身向右轉,兩掌右上左下隨身雲向右方,---下接單鞭---面對西南,目視右掌,如圖254。
(6) Waving Right:
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the body towards the right and wave both palms towards the right, with the right [hand] on top and the left [hand] on the body. Look at the right palm and face the southwest, as in Figure 254.
