八〇.上步攬雀尾
(一).右上[扌+履]:由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,兩腳不動,坐右腿,身右擰,同時右拳变掌,由右上方向後[扌+履] ,掌心向外,左手扶於右腕背,目視前,如圖237。
Posture 80. Step Up, Grasp Bird’s Tail
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet motionless, sit [back] on the right leg and twist the body towards the right. At the same time, change the right fist to a palm and roll back [lǚ], going from the upper right towards the back with the center of palm turned outward. Use the left hand to support at the back of the right wrist. Look forward, as in Figure 237.

(二).上步前上掤:由前式左腳尖外擺約30度,体重前移,坐實左腿,右腳上進一步成右弓步。同時右手隨下落隨身進再向前上掤,手心向內,高與眼平,左手扶右腕內側。頂頭塌腰,氣沉丹田以貫注兩掌。目視兩掌,如圖238。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, turn the toes of the left foot out approximately 30 degrees and then shift the body’s weight forward to sit solidly on the left leg. [After that], advance the right foot one step forward to end in a right bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time that the body advances, drop the right hand down and then ward off upward towards the front with the center of the hand facing inward at eye level height. Use the left hand to support at the inside of the right wrist. Push through the crown of the head and settle down into the waist. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then concentrate [the Qi] into the two palms. Look at both palms, as in Figure 238.

(三). 向左[扌+履]: 同第六二勢(三),如圖239。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet motionless, twist the body towards the right. First, use the left hand to push the right palm slightly to the right. After that, turn the body towards the left with a left roll back [lǚ], sitting on the left leg and squatting the body down slightly. Face the southwest, as in Figure 239.

(四). 向前平擠: 同第六二勢(四),如圖240。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and sit on the left leg. As the body turns towards the right, send the right leg out to take one step, pushing through the left leg to end in a right bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, drop the right hand down to cut in front at chest level, and use the left palm to push at the right wrist to end in a level press [jǐ]. Empty the chest and tighten the back. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the two palms. Face the west and look forward, as in Figure 240.

(五). 雙[扌+履]:同第六二勢(五),如圖241。
(5) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and keep both feet motionless. Sit on the left leg and twist the body towards the left. At the same time, drop both elbows downward and do a double [hand] roll back [lǚ] towards the rear. Face the southwest, as in Figure 241.

(六). 雙按:同第六二勢(六),如圖242。
(6) [Continuing] from the previous movement, keep the original footwork with [both feet] motionless. Begin to push through the left leg and turn the body towards the right. At the same time as the body turns, raise both palms until at face height. [After that], change [the hands] to Yin palms and send out a push [àn] forward. Face the west, as in Figure 242.
