六一 玉女穿梭
(一).由前式徐徐吸氣,坐左腿,右腳外擺,身右擰(如圖171),体重前移坐右腿,左腳提進靠右腳點地,同時提右肘,右掌立於右耳側,左手下護襠前,面西,目前視,如圖177。
Posture 61. Fair Lady Weaves at Shuttle
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and sit on the left leg while turning the right toes outward, twisting the body towards the right (similar to Figure 171). [After that], shift the body weight forward onto the right leg and bring the left foot forward to touch the ground next to the right foot. At the same time, raise the right elbow, so that the right palm is positioned to the side of the right ear, while the left hand guards down in front of the groin. Look forward and face the west, as in Figure 177.

(二). 由前式右腳不動,左腳前邁一步,身左擰成左弓步,同時左掌向上挑架成翻掌,置額前上方; 右手陰掌向左前方貫出按平,面對西南,頂頭塌腰,垂肩墜肘,空胸緊背,氣沉丹田貫注兩掌,目視右掌,如圖178。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, keep the right foot motionless and take one step forward with the left foot, twisting the body towards the left to end in a left bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, raise the left palm to block upward with the palm flipped [outward] to a position in front of the forehead, while sending the right Yin palm to the front left to push [àn] at [shoulder] level. Face the southwest, pushing through the crown of the head and settling down into the waist, hanging the shoulders and dropping the elbows, with the chest empty and the back tightened. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus it into the two palms. Look at the right palm, as in Figure 178.

(三).由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,坐右腿,扣左脚,身右轉面東北,同時左手下落於胸前,掌心向面,右掌向内抱於左肘外面,隨身右轉,雙掌護面向右[扌+履],目視雙掌,面對東北,如圖179。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit onto the right leg and turn the left foot [inward], turning the body to face the northeast. At the same time, drop the left hand in front of the chest, with the center of the palm towards the face. Hug [bào] the right palm inward to the outside of the left elbow. As the body turns to the right, both palms guard the face in a right roll back [lu] . Face the northeast and look at both palms, as in Figure 179.

(四).由前式坐實左腿,提起右脚,隨身轉向東方邁進一步,徐徐随身右擰成右弓步。同時右手向右後方架成翻掌,置於額前上方,左手陰掌向右前方貫出按平,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌。目視左掌,如圖180。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, sit solidly on the left leg and lift the right foot. As the body turns to the east, take one step forward and twist the body to the right, ending in a right bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, block with the right hand towards the right rear with the palm flipped [outward] to end in a position in front of the forehead. Send the left Yin palm to the front right to push [àn] at [shoulder] level. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus it into the two palms. Look at the left palm, as in Figure 180.

(五). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,坐左腿,右脚兴外擺,体重前移,坐實右腿,身微蹲,左腳靠右腳點地, 右臂提肘不動,左手下護襠前,手內向心,目視東北,如圖181。
(5) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit on the left leg and allow the right foot to turn outward. [After that], shift the body weight forward, and sit solidly on the right leg. Squat the body slightly, and touch the left foot on the ground next to the right foot. [At the same time], keep the elbow of the right arm motionless, and use the left hand to guard downward in front of the groin with the center of the palm facing inward. Look towards the northeast, as in Figure 181.

(六).由前式鬆腰,左脚東邁一步,隨身左擰成左弓步,同時左手翻掌向左上方挑架額前,右手陰掌由右耳側向左前方貫出按平, 氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌,面對東北,如圖182。
(6) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and take one step with the left foot towards the east, twisting the body towards the left and ending in a left bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, flip the left palm [outward] and raise it to the upper left, blocking in front of the forehead. Send the right Yin palm from the side of the right ear towards the front left, pushing [àn] at [shoulder] level. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus it into the two palms. Look towards the northeast, as in Figure 182.

(七). 與本勢(三) 作法同. 坐右腿扣左脚、身右轉、向西南、兩掌隨身轉抱護胸前向右[扌+履] ,如圖183。
(7) Similar to action three in this posture, sit on the right leg and turn the left foot [inward], turning the body to the right towards the southwest. As the body turns, both palms hug [bào] towards the right to guard the chest using a roll back [lu], as in Figure 183.

(八).由前式鬆腰右轉,坐左腿,提右腳西邁一步,随身右擰成右弓步。同時右手翻掌向前上方挑架,左手陰掌由左耳側向右前方貫出按平,氣沉丹田貫以注兩掌。目視左掌,面西北,如圖184。
(8) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and turn towards the right. Sit on the left leg and lift the right foot to take one step towards the west, twisting the body towards the right to end in a right bow stance [gōng bù]. At the same time, block upward with the right palm flipped [outward]. Send the left Yin palm from the side of the left ear to the front right to push [àn] at [shoulder] level. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus it into the two palms. Face the northwest and look at the left palm, as in Figure 184.

(九).由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,坐左腿成中定步,身轉對西方,同時兩肘下沉,兩掌变立掌成右琵琶勢,徐徐沉氣,目視右掌,如圖185。
(9) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit on the left leg to end in a center setting stance [zhōng dìng bù], turning the body to face the west. At the same time, sink both elbows downward, changing both palms to standing palms in a right play guitar gesture. Slowly sink the Qi and look at the right palm, as in Figure 185.
[Note: These instructions have the bow stances facing directly east and west, while Master Chen Yun Qing taught us to face the bow stances to the corners.]
