十二. 並步進步搬攔捶
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣, 上身稍右拎, 再向左轉, 右腳前靠左腳並立, 身微蹲, 面對東北, 同時兩手並掌上豎, 隨身先向右[扌+履]繼向左搬推, 徐徐氣沉丹田以貫注兩掌, 目視左掌, 面對東北, 如圖32。
Posture 12. Step Together, Step Up, Deflect, Parry & Hit with Fist
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the upper part of the body slightly towards the right, and then turn toward the left. Step the right foot forward to stand side by side next to the left foot, and squat the body slightly to face towards the northeast. At the same time, [change] both palms to vertical palms that follow the body's turn, first doing a rollback [lǚ] towards the right, and then moving to push forward towards the left. Slowly sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the both palms. Look at the left palm, and face the northeast, as in Figure 32.

(二). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐起身。吸氣, 坐實右腿, 左腳前邁一步。同時兩手握拳,左前右後, 由身左前上方向身右前下方攔壓, 兩拳均成陽拳, 左小臂斜橫於腹前, 右陽拳收附腰側, 身下蹲, 氣沉丹田以貫注兩拳, 面東, 目視左拳,如圖33。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly raise the body. Inhale, and sit solidly on the right leg. Then advance the left foot forward one step. At the same time, grab both hands into fists, with the left [hand] in front and the right [hand] behind. [Move both fists], going to the left side of the body, circling up and over to the front right, and finally parrying downward. End with both fists as Yang fists, with the left forearm diagonally across the front of the abdomen and the right Yang fist withdrawn to the side of the waist. Squat the body down. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the both fists. Face the east and look at the left fist, as in Figure 33.

(三). 由前式挺提腰起身, 蹬開右腿成左弓步, 同時右拳向前平沖, 左手变掌附於右臂內側, 頂頭塌腰,沉肩墜肘,空胸緊背, 氣沉丹田以貫注右拳, 面東北, 目視右拳,如圖34。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, straighten the back and raise the body. Begin to push through the right leg, ending in a left bow stance. At the same time, punch the right fist straight forward, and change the left hand to a palm that is attached to the inside of the right arm. Push through the crown of the head and settle down into the waist. Sink the shoulders and drop the elbows. Empty the chest and tighten the back. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the right fist. Face the northeast, and look at the right fist, as in Figure 34.
