These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Language Translator Keyboard (“the App”), developed and published by Kinglets Technologies.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides translation-related tools, which may include:

3. Translation Accuracy

Do not rely only on the App for legal, medical, financial, official, immigration, academic, or safety-critical translation. Important translations should be checked by a qualified person or professional translator.

Kinglets Technologies is not responsible for any issue, loss, misunderstanding, or decision caused by inaccurate or misunderstood translations.

4. Translator Keyboard

The App may include a translator keyboard feature.

You are responsible for the text you type or translate using the keyboard. Do not enter sensitive information such as passwords, banking details, payment card information, private IDs, or confidential messages into the keyboard or translation fields.

The keyboard feature is provided only to support translation and typing convenience.

5. Camera, Voice, and File Features

The App may allow you to use camera scan translation, voice translation, and file or PDF translation where available.

You should only scan, record, select, or upload content that you have the right to use. The App may use device features such as camera, microphone, and photo or file picker to provide these features.

Some features may not work properly if required permissions are denied.

6. Ads and Third-Party Services

The App may show ads through Google AdMob and mediation partners, including Meta Audience Network and other ad networks that may be added in the future.

The App may also use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, campaign measurement, purchases, and subscriptions.

Third-party ads, links, or services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, websites, apps, services, or actions.

7. Premium Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Premium features may include ad-free usage, extended translation tools, advanced features, or other paid benefits depending on the version offered.

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscription price, duration, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase where applicable.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies. For refund requests, please use the Google Play refund process.

Kinglets Technologies may not be able to directly process refunds for purchases made through Google Play.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, features, graphics, interface, code, text, branding, and related content, belongs to Kinglets Technologies or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without permission.

10. App Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

We may also change features, supported languages, premium plans, pricing, ads, or availability. The App may not always be available due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service issues, internet issues, or other reasons outside our control.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinglets Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes issues related to translation errors, app interruptions, ads, third-party services, billing, subscriptions, data issues, or misuse of the App.

13. Termination

We may restrict or stop access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or engage in harmful or unlawful activity.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted in the App, on our website, or on the Google Play Store listing where applicable.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
