Setting Up Your Android Phone in Your Language
Go to Settings on your Android phone.
Go to General Management (Languages and Keyboard, Date and Time)
Go to Language.
Click on + Add language.
It will offer you a suggested language. If that is not your language, scroll down to find your native language. You can also search for your language in the search field.
Drag your language to the top of the list.
Select Set as default. Your phone should be in the language you selected.
