Transid, also known as transidentity, encompasses a range of identities. This includes those who identify as transabled, trace, transplural, transage, transspecies, etc. Those who are transid often suffer from prejudice and discrimination. A transid ally is someone who supports and advocates for those who identify as transid. Transid allies play an important role in promoting understanding and acceptance of transids and their experience's by listening to those who identify as transid and advocating for their rights. However, it is important for allies to recognize that they cannot fully understand or speak for the experiences of those who identify as transid.

Do's and Don'ts of Being a Transid Ally
DO:
- Listen to those who are transid and their experiences with an open mind
- Respect their identity and how they may choose to express it
- Educate yourself on transid identities and issues
- Respect the autonomy and bodily autonomy of those who are transid
- Advocate for the rights of those who are transid
DON'T:
- Assume that all who identify as transid have the same experiences or identities
- Invalidate or question those who are transid or their experiences
- Use offensive language or slurs towards those who are transid
- Harass or use those who are transid for personal gain or entertainment
- Force your own beliefs or opinions onto those who identify as transid

Cisidism is the discrimination against those who are transid in favor of those who are cisid. The impact of cisidism can be seen in the daily struggles faced by those who are transid, such as social exclusion and stigma. Those who are transid may also experience feelings of isolation and depression due to the lack of understanding and support from others. In addition, cisidism can lead to internalized oppression, where those who are transid may feel ashamed or guilty about their identity.
