This e-course helps learners develop an individual foundation toward an equity mindset, which they can apply to their understanding of the Transforming Teen Services framework.

The Pursuit of Educational Equity module was expanded from a subsection of Connected Learning into its own online module late in the T3 project period. The T3 project team views the Pursuit of Educational Equity module as a way for learners to build an individual foundation in equity thinking, which learners can then apply as a lens to all other modules in the Transforming Teen Services framework. For that reason, this module requires more time and individual work, and fits better as an e-course. We also suggest working through the Project READY curriculum to further develop this equity mindset for youth library services.
