I’m 26 years old, and have lived in South Dallas my whole life. I love the outdoors, all things animals, coffee and tea, and being with those I love.
I do many things, but everything connects under one umbrella: intentionality. How can I be intentional with my life? How can I guide others to be intentional with theirs? How can I make an online space thoughtful and serve a purpose?
My life's passion is mentoring and coaching others, especially young women. I’ve been a mentor in public schools for 8 years now where I teach self worth, healthy relationships, mental health, and much more. I currently mentor a small group of high school girls in Dallas and middle schoolers in Fort Worth!
I’ve been studying the Enneagram intensely for years and started Transformed Heart Co. in 2019, to help others discover their personality type and reach their full potential. As a Enneagram Two and a Certified Coach, nothing brings me more joy than bringing people together, loving them where they’re at, and helping them go from surviving to thriving in their life.
This is the heart and background I bring into social media management. After years of hosting online communities of thousands, and creating meaningful content and conversations, I realized social media (even businesses!) doesn't have to be overbearing, icky, and salesy. I create intentional, online spaces for organizations that people WANT to follow, engage with, and purchase from. I have created and managed spaces for non profits, businesses, ministries, AirBnBs, and more.
Whether you are interested in my services for coaching or social media, I promise to take you to the next level in your life or business, and to walk alongside you and help you grow!
I discovered Enneagram at JUST the right time after a couple of dates gone wrong. I had recognized patterns like most of my identity being in relationships & helping others, and of getting fixated on something and not acting like myself, but I didn’t know how to fix them or why they were happening. I just knew that I wanted to discover more of who I was outside of people, and that my self worth seemed to be getting smaller and I didn’t know why!
Someone told me about Enneagram and I went to read briefly what the nine types were before taking a test. I instantly and wholeheartedly knew I was a Two as soon as I read the word helper. I have been saying “helping people” is my favorite hobby and activity since I was 15.
Fast forward years later and I am becoming the best version of myself, not hindered by childhood wounds and self limiting beliefs. I am setting boundaries and saying no when needed, so I am no longer giving from a worn out and empty heart but from a joyful and full one. I have more patience for others, and for myself. And I am loving myself, and selflessly loving.
