So... star system. Wtf?
I don't have standard prices for my commissions anymore. I use ★ to indicate how expensive a commission will be. Keep in mind that this still means your commission may turn out a different price. It's essentially an indicator of the lowest price you can get for one of these.
Since as a freelancer my income tends to fluctuate, sometimes I can offer customers a little discount when I'm not in dire need for money. Or if your commission's particularly fun to draw. Or if you're a loyal customer.
How do I pay you?
You can make a payment by Paypal in EUR.
Don’t have a Paypal account? No worries! I’ll make an invoice for you, which does not require you to have a Paypal account. You can pay this invoice with any bank account, debit card, or credit card!
When do I pay you?
Upfront. Or, when worth over 1k, in parts. I'll finish the commission as you pay it off. So... upfront is faster.
Can I tip you?
Of course! I always add the option to add a tip to your Paypal invoice. Whether or not you choose to use it, is up to you. I’ve had a couple of generous commissioners who tipped me, and others decide not to. It’s entirely up to your discretion.
Can I get a discount?
Subscribestar, Gumroad and DeviantART subscribers at the "Transformation Lover" tier get a 5% discount (as well as a free request every 3 months).
Return customers can get a 5% discount. Good return customers up to 15%.
If I really like your commission or I can spare the cash, you get a lower price than usual.
I'm not secretive about this: asking for a lower price upfront, trying to haggle or being rude about my prices results in a higher price.
What makes a good customer?
You don't complain about my prices or haggle.
You pay on time.
You give good feedback when requested and are overall good to communicate with.]
You don't try to push for updates/rush me. I always send updates when promised.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Yes, I do!
How much for same-day delivery?
2x the original price! So say your commission was $100, you'd have to pay $200 to guarantee it'll get back to you before the end of the day.
Is same-day delivery really the same day?
Well, take it as 24-hour delivery. I am an Europe-based artist, living in the same time zone as Paris, Berlin, Brussels, and Amsterdam. This means that if you order a commission with same-day delivery after 6PM in my time zone, it’ll be moved to the next day – I will notify you of this. I will make sure your art is finished within 24 hours of ordering. Unless you order something I don’t expect to be able to finish within 24 hours, but that’s never happened before on an illustration.
What if that does happen though? I paid a lot of extra money to get this today…
Yeah, you did, and I’ll be keeping a close eye on my deadline! I won't accept 24-hr rush commissions when I know I'll be busy.
Is this your fetish?
Nope. This is strictly business, I am aroace. I won’t judge you for it, though. Everyone has their own preferences, and we shouldn’t judge each other for them.
