Rawfound Software Ltd. built the TransFlow app as a commercial application. This SERVICE is provided by Rawfound Software Ltd. under the premium brand Rawfound Labs and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the TransFlow application.
Information Collection and Use
TransFlow is designed as an Offline-First Translation tool. Our primary goal is to provide translation services while maintaining maximum user privacy.
Text and Translation Data:
Local Processing: All translations (Text and Offline Models) are processed locally on your device using Google ML Kit.
No Cloud Storage: We do NOT upload your source text or translated results to our servers. Your private conversations and documents remain on your device.
App Permissions & Their Purpose
TransFlow may request the following permissions to provide its services:
Internet & Network Access: Required to download offline translation models (once) and to display advertisements via AdMob.
Storage / Media Access: Required if you use the "Image Translation" or "Document Scan" features (if applicable) to pick images from your gallery or save translated logs.
Microphone Access: Used only if you use the "Voice Translation" feature. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not stored or shared.
Third-Party Services (Advertising & Analytics)
TransFlow uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or show advertisements. These include:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob (For displaying ads to support our free services)
Google Crashlytics (To track app crashes and improve stability)
These third-party providers have their own privacy policies regarding the data they collect (such as Advertising IDs).
Log Data
In the event of an app error or crash, we collect diagnostic information (Log Data) through Google Crashlytics. This includes your device model, OS version, and the time/date of the crash. This is used strictly for debugging and improving TransFlow.
Data Safety Summary
Location Data: Not Collected.
Personal Information: Not Collected.
Translation History: Stored locally on your device (SQLite Database). You can delete this history at any time from the app settings.
Encryption: Any data handled by the app is protected using standard Android security protocols.
Children’s Privacy
TransFlow does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
