This Privacy Policy describes how TechTenStein Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application Transferex Explorer (the "App"), available on Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, and other app marketplaces. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features. If you contact us through the in-app "Contact Us" feature, your device's email app opens a message to contact@techtenstein.com pre-populated with the App version, your Android version, your device model, and any text you write. We use this solely to respond to your request.
Device information: model, manufacturer, OS version, screen resolution, system language, time zone.
Advertising identifier: your device's resettable Advertising ID (AAID), collected only with your consent via the in-app consent dialog, used solely by the advertising services in Section 4.
Crash diagnostics: on a crash, a diagnostic log (exception type, message, stack trace) is written to a file on your device only. It is not transmitted anywhere, and you can erase it via Settings → Clear my data.
Install referrer: the source that led you to install the App (UTM/campaign data) from the Google Play Install Referrer API.
The App facilitates direct device-to-device file transfers over your local WiFi network. Files are sent directly between devices and are not uploaded to any server we operate. We do not have access to the content of files you transfer. Local network permissions are used solely to discover nearby devices and facilitate transfers.
The App may send local notifications (transfer status, completion alerts) scheduled entirely on your device. We do not operate a notification server. You may disable notifications anytime in system settings.
Google AdMob — advertising network with mediation. Google Privacy Policy
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — consent management in regions requiring it (EEA, UK, Switzerland).
Google Play Services — in-app review, in-app updates, install referrer attribution.
Through AdMob mediation, the App may display ads served by the networks below. Each may collect device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location for personalising and measuring ads.

You can opt out of personalised ads via the in-app consent dialog or by resetting your Advertising ID in system settings.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
To diagnose crashes and performance problems.
To display advertising and measure ad performance.
To understand which marketing channels drive installs.
To respond to support inquiries and comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services in Section 4, each governed by its own policy. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
The App stores no personally identifying data on any server we operate — it has no backend of its own. Crash logs stay on your device. Data sent to third-party services is retained per each service's published policy.
Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing.
Right to withdraw consent anytime via in-app consent settings.
Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Right to know, delete, and correct personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information.
Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Delete all locally stored data anytime: Settings → Clear my data. This erases local preferences, transfer history, and settings; deletes the on-device crash log; and returns the App to a fresh first-launch state. For any privacy question, contact contact@techtenstein.com — we respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country, under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision; material changes are highlighted on the App's first launch after the update.
