How to Export & Import your Dragon NaturallySpeaking Profile
There are some processes how to import and export your Dragon NaturallySpeaking profile. You can come to the point. if you want to transfer nuance dragon new computer or to keep a copy of your profile backed up to a USB key.
First Steps To Export a User Profile:
1.Establish Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
2.About the DragonBar, pick"Profile > Manage User Interface" to start up the Manage User Profiles dialog box.
3.Choose the account from the list which you need to export.
4.Click on the"Advanced" button and then select"Export".
5.Navigate into the folder in which you would like to store the user or create a new folder by simply clicking on the"Make New Folder" button and then click"okay".
6.After a dialogue box starts showing an email suggesting the export is successful, click"okay" again.
7.You've exported the profile. It might be found from the folder that you exported to and also will probably also be tagged with the name title.
Second Steps To import a User Profile:
1. Launch Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
2. On the DragonBar, select “Profile > Manage User Profiles” to open the Manage User Profiles dialog box.
3. Click the “Advanced” button and select “Import” from the menu.
4. Navigate to the folder where the exported User Profiles are located.
5. Select the folder in that directory that has the name of the User Profile to import, and click “OK“.
Note: If the User Profile already exists, a “User already exists” message appears and asks the user how to proceed. Either “Overwrite the existing user” or “Import the user with an alternate name”. If you choose to overwrite the existing user, the current profile will be deleted and replaced with the imported profile. If you choose to import the User Profile and assign it another name, enter the name in the text box provided and click “OK” and click “Close“.
6. You have now successfully imported the user profile.
