We've been supporting the Transgender & non-binary communities (& their families) in Barnsley since 2022.

After a period of change we now offer a Bi-Weekly, in person Peer Support group in a safe and secure location in Barnsley.

As we are now Peer Support based we can no longer offer any form of therapy or counselling.

Being Peer led we can only offer support from people with lived experience primarily from group attendance.

We are currently a largely self funded group so do rely on attendees to group to help with costs.

• We've introduced a £2 charge which goes someway to covering the rent of our venue.

We meet Bi-Weekly in a safe and secure location.

Meetings alternate between and event/group activity and an informal "Coffee & Chat" group with a focus on informal Peer Support within the group.

• We've organized craft sessions, board game nights and even a quiz.

• We've even more social events planned for the future whilst still ensuring we provide a forum for regular Peer Support if needed.

There is an autonomous "Parents & Partners" group that runs alongside the main group (see separate page for more info).

• They currently meet once a month in the same location as the main group.
